Cadillac: Cadillac Window 97, electrical schematics, shadetree mechanic

Question
The window will not operate on the driverside front. It is in a half-open position. All others operate normally. I have a 97 Deville. Is this something I can repair without too much difficulty or should I take it to my "shadetree" mechanic?
