Cadillac: trans mission prob, several thousand dollars, trans mission

Question
i have  a 1994 concours, trans   went bad  ---put in used trans  ---used trans started to do the same  thing(i have replaced brain, cilinoids
brake switches, throt senser, --and three different transmission spec  cant fig it out  when in --od--- pulling a grade----when it shifts back in to 3rd check engin light comes light comms on    if going up hill or incline  and i catch it in time  if i press harder and quick  itll shift and light doesnt come on--- i was told kinda that imput and out put senser is doing this  and i was told there is a program  to put into trans  that it would cure it  cause its an older moter and the trans mission arnt timed right   please help i have spent several thousand dollars on this ---  and if it cant be fixed will it be ok to drive it with light on --will it mess up  again.-- the codes that come up is------po30   and history---so60
