Cadillac: 1994 cadillac concours, memory reset, engine stall

My car will only start and them die. When it does run it runns rough. I have got the codes.

no codes for IPC,ACP,SIR,and TCS

then PCM?

what does this all mean or what is wrong?

p012 no reference signal from ignition module.
p023 ignition control circuit problem.
p052 battery voltage was disconnected from computer.
p053 4X circuit problem from ignition control module.
p074 intermittent air temp sensor fault.
p095 engine stall detected.
p109 PCM memory reset.
s021 LR solenoid short to ground or open.
s026 RR solenoid short to ground or open.
s060 LF position sensor fault.
s061 RF position sensor fault.
s073 RR accelerometer fault.
