Cadillac: 1995 Sedan deville auto load leveler, amp fuse, load leveler

Question
I loaded the trunk of my 1985 sedan Deville and the car levelled out. When I unloaded it the rear end lifted up and stayed there. I checked the 30 amp fuse in the trunk and it is okay. I assume it must be the solenoid. Where is it located? Do you think that is the problem?

No. Your problem is most likely the HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR. I can provide you with pictures and instructions on how to diagnose and or replace it.
