AnswerI'm so sorry , I don't pick your question in time since i wase a way for a long time,
Any way ,
P 1684 = Battery disconnected within last 50 starts , ie your battery disconnected recently and this not a problem
P 0135 = Oxygen sensor issue
P 0442 = Evaporative emission (EVAP) System leak detected (often this a loose or bad gas cap)
P 0445 = Evaporative emission control system purge control valve circuit Shorted
P 0445 is your problem, this valve is controlled by the Car ECU (electronic control unite) , the ECU is control this valve by sending power to it (usually when engine reach normal tempreture ie, Become hot), just the ECU sends the power to this valve and sense the short it shut off evry thing as a protection action.
