Chrysler: hazardand turn signals not working

I have checked both fuses for hazard lights and turn lights.  They are ok
I purchased a combo flasher relay for 3.3 liter car and it didn't fix the problem.

What else could be causing 2 by 4 lights not to work?

This is related to your hazard switch, it's  malfunction.
This switch sypplys the battery power to 4 lambs in hazard mode , and sypplys the ignition power to 2 lambs in turn signal mode,
Before replacing try to spray contact cleaner inside it (cleaner with oil) and repeat pushing, this could work.
