Hey, continuing on - YES you're right, there are adjustments outside.  Just wanted to know how important it is to tighten to the 'exact 72 in-lbs' spec.  From what I remember, that felt like finger tight.  is this right?

Unfortunately, it wasn't my fluid level :(

HEY CHET,TIGHTEN IT SNUG BY HAND.THIS IS NOT A VERY CRUCIAL ADJUSTMENT AS LONG AS THE BAND DOES NOT DRAG ON THE DRUM.SNUG BY HAND THEN TWO TURNS,DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PERFECT. THE BOOK MAY CALL FOR MORE THEN TWO BUT I HAVE BUILT 1000 OF THESE TRANSMISSIONS AND I SNUG THEN TWO.THE LESS THE SERVO HAS TO TRAVEL THE QUICKER THE SHIFT.THANKS,TIM.
