Dodge: Turn signal flasher, fuse box, turn signal flasher

1993 Dynasty turn flasher is blinking very rapidly and very dim, seems the flasher is bad. The flasher was replaced a year ago. Question: Is there an easy way to access the flasher. I replaced it by removing the glove box and having someone with skinny arms find and replace it. Can I remove the dash plastic and get at it that way or is there a better way to access the %#@% thing? Thanks in advance for any help.

Look in the fuse box and see if you have a turn signal flasher.When you get the cover off the fuse box flip it over and look on the inside,find the one for the turn signals.Replace it.When you get the cover off,you can turn the key on,turn the turn signal on and hear it clicking.Replace the relay.
