Ford: 1997 Ford Ranger just died and wont start, battery terminal corrosion, obd 11

Question
I have a 97 Ranger with 3.0 that just died and won't start. The battery went dead before I had a chance to scan the obd-11. When i try to start it it turns over kinda slow and keeps on trying to start if i give it gas it stops firing and just turns over. I have trouble codes p1000 and p0603 now. Just don't know where to start any and all info is appreciated.

Answer
did you ck for fuel pressure and also test the fuel .also did  you ck for spark? if the battery voltage is below 10.4 volts it won't aloud the ECU to fire  right.as fare as code p0603 Possible Causes  Setting Conditions
