Ford: heat @cooling, ford tauras, battrey

i have 1996 ford tauras 3.0l,radiators fan stays on and never shot of and kill the battrey,i checked the sensor and it's ok and there is no rely,thank you im looking forwaord to hear from you,

ali did this just start happening or has it doing it for awhile? you have what is called an ICM module and it sounds like it is going bad. it is ok to get this from the junk yard but very inportant the the # r the rt ones.it is located under the fan shroud.
