Ford: 1990 continental Power steering pump, leo leo, gasket kit

I have the elaz-3b584-A seal and gasket kit.  I have the 1990 factory serivice manual but it doesn't exactly tell how to do the job. To remove the plastic tank on the power steering pump, what step do I need to do? Thanks....Leo

LEO all you have to do is remove the p/s pressure valve its were the ps hose goes into the pump be carfull there is a spring and cap plug then just wiggle the plastic tank back and forth pulling up on it and it will come off.make sure lub the o ring that goes around the pump real good and make sure it doesn't roll in on you. GOOD LUCK
