Question
Hi Ragu
I had a 96 Explorer, V6, 2 wheel drive,2 dr,auto,. The ABS light came on, stays on,. I checked all the connections I could find, I check all fuses that manual said were for the system. That all looks good. Where do I go from here. Can I diagnois ABS system myself, or do I need to take it to a shop. Thank you for taking my question. P.S. The fluid level is fine.

Answer
Mike no you don't have to bring it to a shop all you need to do is on the rear differential on top of the center you will find a sensor with a 10mm or a 13mm bolt remove it and replace it with one only from the dealer.at of 10  explorers 9 of these sensors go bad.
