Question
QUESTION: my truck has a 4.3 manual trans it doesn't matter if its hot or cold it will idle fine and go great for a minute then just loose acceleration power and bog out i can make it back home but slow and in 2nd gear tops.when i press on the gas its like nothing happens just bogs down.ive replaced dist.cap and rotor map sensor fuel pressure reg. coil, throttle position sens.injectors fuel filter catalytic converter plugs wires ..iam getting really @#&*$!

ANSWER: Have you checked your fuel pressure and flow?  Low fuel pressure or flowrate can definately cause a lack of power and I didn't see it in your list of 'things done'.  If it does turn out to be low of insufficient, there are nice little pumps that go inline in place of your filter, saves the headache of dropping the tank.
Hope this helps.

QUESTION: yes fuel presure is perfect

Answer
Well, unfortunately there is no way for me to give you a sure fire fix to this problem.  All I can provide for you is some suggestions, things that you try to start to eliminate some of the many possiblities.
Try unbolting the exhaust in front of the convertor and take it for a drive.  A resistricted exhaust can cause the symptoms you are describing.
