GM-GMC: howling in frontend, front wheel bearing, chevy s10

i have a howling in the front end of my 2000 chevy s10 when i got to a corner or curve to the left it quits. the right front tire leans inward slightly at the top

I think you have a front wheel bearing or suspension part that is about to fail and will cause you to lose control of the vehicle.

The vehicle needs to be driven, SLOWLY, to a shop and checked out.
