GM-GMC: Windshield Wipers wont shut off, windshield wipers, gmc safari

Hi, I have a 1997 GMC Safari, and suddenly the wipers won't turn off. The high and low settings work, but not the intermittent settings. Any help would be great.  The motor was replaced 4 years ago under a recall.  thanks

And it probably needs to be replaced again. because all you got was the IDENTICAL stater that you already had on the vehicle with the same starter problems. You really think they made thousands of nEW starters all redesigned just for the reacll. NOT LIKELY.
