I'm just curious as to how you are an expert on Hondas...

When locking doors with remote, when pressing lock button twice the lights flash and horn honks confirming doors locked. Is there a way to eliminate honk? I prefer Acura's beep.

thats just the way honda made it you can't change it and acura is just the american make of honda. It honks to let you know the alarm is activated and the doors are locked. And your car is a honda better than acura."

Your answer is completely wrong.  Acura IS NOT the american version of Honda.  It is their upscale subsidiary.  Honda makes Acura and if anything, Acura is the better company as higher end cars tend to be of a higher quality-don't ya think?  The quality is the same but the fit and finish is of a higher scale.

Just because you own a Prelude obviously does not make you an expert now does it.

Please don't call yourself an expert and mislead the poor people that come to this site asking for help.

Acura is the upscale honda just like lexus is to toyota it is the same cars as honda with special items such as leather seats and different trims to me they aren't as good I am an expert in performance hondas not acuras I am also an expert in toyotas not lexus. I know lots of stuff about cars I live in new zealand we don't have acuras we have imported cars from japan and they are vtec. I know what I am talking about.
