Honda: Changing headlamp on a 1997 Honda Accord, honda accord, inspection sticker

My husband is having trouble changing a headlamp on our 1997 Honda Accord.  He tried turning the plastic piece that is connected to the wires but it won't pop off.  Any advice?  Thanks!

I'm sorry, but since every car is different, I won't be able to help.  I do know that when I get my state inspection sticker(once a year), they offer to replace any burnt lights.  Just let them take care of it all for you.  or...Try removing the light on the other side.  That will tell if the fixture has a problem or not.
