Honda: Regular Maintenance, cv axle, rust spot

Question
I am looking at a 1995 Honda Accord (LX) I believe. 4 door. It looks good on the outside (tiny rust spot about the size of a quarter on front of hood).
70,000 miles, it's a standard, new tires, there is a new pipe between the muffler and something else. The car was garaaged which is probably why it looks so good.
Scheduled tuneups were done, oil changed faithfully. No teenage drivers.
Nothing else was done to the car as far as repairs or maintenance.
Were rhere preventative maaintenance things that should have been done? What would you expect that might need to be done at this point? Is there some where that I can access a list for suggested maintenance on Honda Accords? What do you think someone should pay for a car such as this?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Answer
Owner's manual will have a list of recommended maintenance items.  One to be concerned about is the timing belt; it truly defines the term "weakest link".  The whole engine will be useless in the case of it breaking.  Check to see that the radiator has been faithfully flushed, you may want to replace the radiator if this is not the case.  May be time for a new clutch.  Hinges(door, trunklid, etc.) and joints(CV, axle) are usually neglected.
