Hyundai: hundai tiberon, new spark, spark plugs

Question
Please give me your opinion.  The tiberon is about 4 yrs. old and 54,000 miles.  The TIRes plus claims that it needs a tune up and to exchange the transmission fluid.  also they want to flush the antifreeze.  Now I live in Fla., so why does the antifreeze need anything at all?  Are they padding the job?  And is it a complicated job to change my own spark plugs?  Do they still set the gap?   What else is done during a "tune up"?   If you can make me feel like I can at least ask the right questions and confident that theya are not ripping me off, I would appreciate it.   Thanks.  Carol  PS. Please answer asap.

Answer
Hey Carol. You are right with the Anitfreeze.  But antifreeze is also part coolant for your engine.  But in FL. You can use just water.  Anitfreeze just won't freeze in the winter, so water is fine. Regarding the spark plugs you should'nt have to adjust.  Some you do, but I recommend Iradium spark plugs.  Those you don't have to adjust. I have them in my Elantra. You can get those on Ebay for like $40.00. On a tune up is New spark plugs, spark plug wires and new belts.  Tell them just to replace your belts. Your spark plugs and your wires you can buy and put on yourself, very easy.  Let me know if you need anything else.
