Hello, I have had my car repaired and the fuse on the O.V.P relay had blown. This is a ten amp fuse and was replaced. The symptons of high revs has been cured now.  However the radio,central locking and sunroof do not work.  Can you assist please ?

You did not say what you had done to the vehicle, if anything electrical was removed or installed, there is always possibility that something is shorted out.
I would check the fuse box to make sure that you have no fuses blown.

The over voltage protection relay is suppose to protect circuits, but you may have an issue with the circuit that feeds the components that do not now work.
Some times several different accessories are on the same fuse.
