Mercedes: C220 CDI 2003 REAR WIPER, rear hatch, fuse box

THE REAR WIPER DOES NOT WORK. WHEN PRESSED THE RED LIGHT SHOWS AND THE WASH FUNCTION WORKS BUT THE WIPER DOES NOT. Could it be a fuse and if so where is it located.

The fuse box should be under the hood. The fuse indication are usually printed inside the lid.
Check the fuses for the rear wiper or any fuse that looks blown.
In some instances, the fuses will corrode and cause high resistance.

There is also a possibility that a wire in the harness leading from the vehicle body to the rear hatch may be broken. What year model is this vehicle?
