Mercedes: mercedes problem, hood latch, correct direction

i have a c180 2000, key fob wouldn't open car door, so opened it manually, the alarm went off, but car started anyway, now wind wipers, indicators, windows, mirrors, boot won't work, replaced battery in key fob, still no luck. any ideas?

I would release the hood latch, turn off all accessories and the radio. manually lock the doors.
Open the hood remove the battery terminals (-) then (+) clean the terminals and battery post. Wait 20 minutes and reattach the terminals (+) then (-).
Using the key and remembering the correct direction for unlock. Unlock the driver door and wait until all the door lock cycle before removing the key.
Open the door and start the vehicle. See if this resets the computer.
