Mercedes: e320, benzworld, phone carrier

I have checked again the answer for the list of questions below on the answers list under Rob. I cant find it. where do I find it. "

I'm not sure if am doing the right thing. This is the 3rd time asking this question with no response/answer.(1) I have a e320 1999 mercedes. it has got a TV but am failing to tune/ configure the TV. (2) how does the phone system work. and finally where is the antena? Please I need your assistance"

The Navigation is receive from GPS and uses a separate antenna from the TV or Radio. The phone system is dependent of a separate subscription to a phone carrier. If you have not books on this system, your best thing is to contact Mercedes and order the manuals. You may also find help at http://www.benzworld.org/
The antenna for these units may be incorporated in the windscreen, or a mount on the top or fender.
