Mercedes: heater\ glow plugs, glow plugs, 240d

hi i am trying to help my friend replace the heater motor on his mercede. its a 1983 240d and the blower will not turn on. can you tell me how to remove the motor.any help will be appreciated.

also on the same car the glow plugs will not turn on but the light on the dash does indicate they are turning on but the car runs very rough until it warms up ... any ideas

Blower motor is located under the glove box.
Go in from the floor and look up, may need to remove cover panel.
Remove wire connector, three screws and it should fall into your hand.
