Mitsubishi: Mitsubishi Not Starting, mitsu eclipse, maf sensor

I work for a repair shop, we have a 1990 Mitsu Eclipse, it won't start, or is hard to start, when it does start it runs great, but it fouls the plugs, at the moment it wont start at all, getting good preasure on fuel System, and getting plenty of Spark, but it wont fire off, has a new set of plugs, and all the fuses are ok, we think it may be the ECM or MPI, it this could be correct let us know, we are still trying things... Thanks

Have you guys scanned it yet? That will make for an easy fix. I have experienced in the past that it is a problem with the MAF sensor on these cars. I bought one for my 93 for $15 on eBay. Also a problem with the IAC sensor. That one is a bit expensive. Scan it and resubmit, we'll get it running.
