Oldsmobile/Buick: Brake Lights, cutlass supreme, wiring harness

Hi, I have a 78 cutlass supreme and my brake lights aren't working, the bulbs are fine and the fuses are fine. What could it be?

Follow the wiring harness that comes from the rear of the car, see if you can locate it. Check for frayed wiring. Arwe you saying that the brake lights do no work when you press the brake pedal or they just do not come on at all (with the lights on)?
