Oldsmobile/Buick: 1980 Cutlass, little old lady, great shape

I have a 1980 Cutlass with 65,000 original miles, it was my mother's.  She ordered it in 1980 and I was wondering what it could possibly be worth.  It is in great shape, the original paint is silver and isn't all that great.  The inside is intact.  Any information would be appreciated. I have someone who is offering me $1200.00 for it.  I believe it needs a new alternator.  Talk about a car driven by a little old lady, this is it.
