the signal lights won't blink.  where is the flasher located?

Answer
Usually under the dash up along side of the steering column.

Picture yourself sitting in the drivers seat. Right in front of your right knee there is a padded dash panel for the dash.

The flasher is usually located on the backside of this padded dash panel close to the steering column.
