Saab: Saab key fobs, vintage saab, cindy cindy

I recently ordered a 2nd key fob at the dealer and so they 'programmed' them both...or at least i was told that.  A day later i cannot start the car - i see the message 'Immobolizer failure' contact dealer.  When i did the dealer said it wasn't his responsibility!  This is the only change i have made recently to car and i never had a problem starting the car or with the original key fob!  please advise what to do!  Thanks....Cindy

 I wish I could help, but my personal expertise is only on the vintage SAAB 900's...1990 or older. But it sure sounds like a dealer screw-up. I would confront the dealer with all due force, threatening an immediate lawsuit if they do not own up to their responsibility and remedy your situation.
