Toyota: timing chain AND Lights warning, dashboard lights, emergency brake

Question
I just bought a 1988 Camry wagon.  Previous owners unknown.  It has 129,000 miles.  Should I replace the timing belt?

Second question:  Yesterday the dashboard "lights" warning light came on when I took off the emergency brake. (It has a picture of the car's headlights).  I can find nothing that is not working, inside or outside. I just started the car and released the emergency brake and the warning light came on again. What's the message?

Answer
I could have sworn I answered this question but yes, at 60 Mi on the odometer, you should have the belt changed.  Seeing as you don't know what the previous owner had done, it's best to have the belt changed.  Should the belt snap, you'll be engine-less.

As far as the warning lights.  I don't know what to say about that.  At the minimum, being that's it's the "headlight" one, a light bulb should be dead.  When I got that light, I had my left taillight bulb burned out.

Hope this helps!
