My pickup is a 4 cylinder with auto transmission.  128k miles. Transmission is shifting rough and at incorrect speeds. I have changed the fluid and filter twice in the last 4 months but no results. Any Suggestions?

Jack, alrighty..  Rough shifting and you've already done the basics with the fluid and filter.  The next suggestion is to check your motor mounts.  As far as it being incorrect speeds..  Well..  I hope it's not you tranny getting ready to bite the big one but maybe your ECU is faulty.  Have you gotten any "Check Engine" lights or anything like that lately?
