Toyota: Tornado fuel system, toyota 4runner, tornado fuel

I recently saw a Info commercial on a gas saving/power adding product. The Tornado Fuel system. The commercial showed how this add on device would boost gas mileage and add power. Of course it worked on most of the viehicles on the show.(or so they say) Have you heard of it? Do you think it works? Its not cheap and I was hoping to get some info about it before I made a decision. I own a 99'Toyota 4Runner (6cyl.)and would like to boost the gas milage. Even 5mpg more would be nice.          Thanks, Mark

I don't know the product (I live in Switzerland) but I just had a look on the internet, and I saw it. I think it's a waste of money! it's like the mini turbo...

I think it will steal some performance too, because air is not free as before, and turbulences are different from stock into the air intake. The best way to collect air to the butterfly is the stock airbox, studied in his form to get the maximum performance for the engine.
One thing you could do is to replace air filter with a special one, like K&N, Pipercross, etc... This will help air to flow easily.
