Driving & Driving Test Tips: 2 car accident, oncoming car, bike lane

Question
I was heading west on SE Stark [Portland Oregon] two vehicles in front of me had their turning indicators on for a left turn, I drove to the right of them [without 'leaving the paved portion of the roadway' AND the roadway was clear in front of me. I was not in a bike lane],  crossing the intersection at 20th, when an oncoming car [heading east and turning north] made a left turn and hit me on the left front corner of my car. My fender hit hers at near center of her front bumper, grill, hood, and license plate.
My insurance company says that I wasn't at fault and her insurance company says that I was at fault. Am I?

Answer
Turning in front of oncoming traffic is usually the person at fault.  The other insurance company is trying to get your company to lower their demands.  It is just business.  Hopefully you have comprehensive coverage.  If so and your company thinks you are not at fault - don't worry about anything and let your company handle the case.
