This is something you need to research yourself.  I would suggest that you purchase a repair manual from a local auto parts house.  They cost around $20 and will give you all the information you need, from torque specifications of the bearings to the technique for setting up the ring and pinion gears.  You can also use it to find out which rear end is installed in your pickup.
