4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Rear brake light in spoiler, rear hatch, rear spoiler

I have a Envoy XL and the rear spoiler that holds the third
brake is lose and vibrates on the highway. It doesn't seem broken just loose. Any help on how to put back in place.

there should be and interior panel the runs around the top of the rear hatch on the inside. it will just pull loos with light pressure at a corner pulling out and just pull it back enought to get a wrench on the nuts that go through to the inside of the door and replace the trim when finished
