dont know if this is your area or not;
Would I beable to purchase a used mobile home for around 1500$? I am just beginning to shop and dont know if I could afford one.
and on vans, could I get something decent for about 1000$?

Leah, I hate to ever to have to answer a question no, but you get what you pay for and in a van or a mobile home the salvage (Junk) value is much more than your desired budget.  Please be careful when buying cheap vehicles as they are seldom safe or dependable.  Best of Luck, Bud
