Tips on Buying Cars: selling a car i owe on, selling a car, carmax

Hello...
       Okay, so i owe 6 thousand on an auto loan and i just cant pay it anymore. I would like to sell it but not sure if I am even able to because the title is not in my possesion. Do you have any advice or alternatives I can do to get out of this loan? The car is probably worth 9-10 thousand.

hi allyson,
sorry you have these problems. First depending what state you are in, if the is a CARMAX in your area, they buy cars without you buying one from them. If the car is worth more then you owe, then the give you the difference, if it is less then you pay the difference. the are all over the country and a re a large company. Hope this helps
