Tips on Buying Cars: honda crv, 2005 honda crv, car lot

I AM CURRENTLY ON LEASE WITH 2005 HONDA CRV SE WHICH IS GOING TO EXPIRE IN MARCH 2008 .THE DEALER IS OFFERING ME 15900$ INCLUDING TAX +600$DEALER FEES.CAN U TELL ME IF ITS A GOOD DEAL TO BUY THE CAR RIGHT NOW OR WAIT TILL THE END OF LEASE TO GET A BETTER DEAL OR BUY A NEW SUV INSTEAD. PLEASE HELP

How many miles are on the CRV?  What's the condition?  Is it in a condition that, if it were on a dealer's used-car lot, you'd want to buy it?  Are you happy enough with the CRV that you'd like to keep it a few years, or would you prefer something else when the lease is up?  How much money will you have to put into it (like tires, brakes, belts & hoses, tune-up, etc...) in the next year or two?  Or would it be better to lease another one in March of next year for about the same monthly payment and avoid those expenses?  These are questions you need to ask yourself and then reply to me with the answers in order to advise you properly.
