Tips on Buying Cars: I am selling a car, frame damage, luck steve

Question
I'm trying to sell a car but I recently got an advice that I need to inform the buyer about my two insurance-claimed accidents.  So, I was wondering, if I am selling the car "As-Is" do I need to inform him of my accidents?  Also, when I do sell the car "As-Is", where do I list that information on?  I haven't seen any document that I can put that label under, other than a form called "statement of Facts"

Answer
As long as your title is not a salvaged title, you are o.k...if the car had frame damage you should inform the buyer, he has a right to do a carfax, which will reveal all reported accidents. If he asks, ethically you should not deny it, but let him get the car inspected from a certified mechanic (at his expense), then on the bill of sale you right "AS IS", that way he cannot try and say there are problems. Let ,me know if you have any further questions...good luck
