Tips on Buying Cars: Frustrated, bmw 120, previous question

My question is so what like the previous one but when we first bought it we were in a rush because they were closing the guy told us that we would need to go back because it might have been done wrong i was fine with that because i REALLY needed the car that night for personal reasons. I have been having allot of problems with the car and i cant figure out what to do about it... its a 2000 BMW, 120,000 miles. I want to return it. what should i do?

I am just a little confused as I don't know which previous question your referring to.
You cant return the vehicle unless you can prove misrepresentation on the dealers part and then the law may differ as per your location.
