Tips on Buying Cars: Selling my car to a relative, two cars, dmv

Question
I had two cars and decided to sell one of them to my aunt because she said she needed an extra vehicle. We agreed that she would get the car now and pay me later. She has the car in her possession now but I have not transfered the Title to her. I'm not sure how to word the contract to show that the money is to be paid at a later date. I will be transfering the Title to her soon but I don't want to do it until I know how that contract should be. Thanks.

In all my experiences with cars and the horrid title office, I can honestly say I have no idea.  I've never dealt with such a situation and I am very sorry I cannot help.  I can suggest: calling the local DMV, talking to a lawyer, or ask another representative on the website.  I am sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
