Tips on Buying Cars: used car bought from private seller

I bought a corvette off a private seller and he lied about pretty much everything concerning service on it and the tires and the brakes and many other important aspects, Question is, do I have a right to ask for my money back and return the car to him within 3 days, "recission"?

As far as I know in Florida, a private sale is as is, and no cooling off period, so I do not think there is any return policy. I would recommend calling an attorney who will know if you have any rights. You may be able to sue him, but it always comes down to "buyer beware", let me know if any other questions. Good Luck!
