Tips on Buying Cars: Hyundai Azera 2007, hyundai azera, ford fusion

Question
QUESTION: In one of your articles you were against Korean made cars. I would like to know why? I recently purchased a used Hyundai Azera limited.  I was also thinking of purchasing another car made in South Korea.

ANSWER: Hi Jane,

Some posted articles date back 15 years and times change.  Korean cars of the 90's was total garbage but today got fair market share with an excellent warranty program. The Azera production year started in 2006 " another era " and I will admit 1000 times more quality than preceding Hyundai productions.

You obviously are very satisfied with your current purchase to consider another Hyunadi purchase and I wish you another happy experience.

Have a Blessed day

QUESTION: The post was recent.  You mentioned you would never purchase Korean car past or present. I am asking you as I know very little about cars.  I have no knowledge on cars and only go by what I read. I have read your articles and they are very informative.  I was thinking for my next purchase a sonta or Ford Fusion.  I did test drive the Ford fusion but it seems to lack quality and the visibility was poor. I am enjoying my Azera but have not owned it long.  Time will tell. I bought it mostly for the price and safety features.  I wanted ESC and it was hard to find on vehicles.  I really hate the whole car buying experience.  With so many choices of cars I really just read Edmonds reviews on used car and he recommended the Azera .  Do you think the Ford Fusion is a quality car over the Sonta.  I would like to thank you for getting back to me.

Answer
If I took you out to dinner would we order the same from menu ? - if we both test drove the same car would we both have the same experience ?,,, my point here is nobody can tell you what your taste buds should be or a car handles the way you like, you have to find that answer on your own.

Yes you are right, personally I would never purchase a Kia or Hyundai, but that does not make them bad, coincidentally you happen to mention Ford which in my mind is the best value in todays market, and I rate the Fusion very high along with the Focus.

Too much info can lead to total confusion " example " you enter a car related query into a search engine and up pops hundred of links with so much info at hand that the average surfer is impatient and stays with a link only a short time getting bits of information with many different answers. The end result is confusion.

Jane,,, when the time comes that you ready to trade for another vehicle and have found the magic car that plays on your emotions get back to me with details and I will walk you through the process making sure you get fair value for your investment.
