Tips on Buying Cars: correction, mazda mx 3, olds toronado

Question
I have given up. I am a flashy rock and roller looking for a sports car to complement my style. I want a very sporty 2-door coupe with automatic transmission that drives well in the snow. So I assume that means either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. I currently drive a 1992 Mazda MX-3 which is probably on its last leg. Thank you.

Answer
Hi Neil ,
i am not sure if i can hit the right car for you as a "Rock n Roller" . The Ultimate vehicle for you would possible be a 1957 Caddie with a lowered bagged 4 wheel drive Pick up chassis and a strong 454 engine perhaps we are talking about the " egglayingmilkpig" just a joke , it is all possible but lets stay real.

Option 1 :
Keep the MX3 alive as long as you can and use it for your winter vehicle and for the summer you find something that fits your style , 54 Pick up / Fleetwood caddy ,....etc .
I grew up in the snow and what we did is buy cheap cars for the winter so we did not destroy our nice stuff . The combined cost of the winter vehicle with the Style vehicle can be lower than a new car and you have both . Along with that a vintage car cost only about 250 insurance per half year.

Option 2 :

Find out what is more important to you the your style or transportation. And go from there if you have a issue with availability of  Audi TT's or other cars in your rust and snow area let me know i am at auctions for customers from all over the world and try to buy cars in dry or sunny areas ( Important Some older models TT have had electrical issues)

It is a tough question , i can help you with cars for your RocknRoll style or cars for winter areas but the last word always is your taste and what you like . The only car that is a frontwheel car i can think of and somewhat fits  the Rock n Roll Style is the 1966 Frontwheel drive Olds Toronado

I hope this helped you a little if you have a specific question about cars let me know
