Tips on Buying Cars: I bought a 2010 explorer need help in seeing if I can take it back, fleet vehicle, ford explorer

Question
I purchased a 2010 ford explorer, the price on the Internet was 25000 but when I got to the dealer I was advised this was a fleet vehicle and they had to sell it to me at a regular price. By the time I left there the price was 39000. Also the mileage was 700 miles and not 7 miles when I drove off... The problem I am having now is the payment is way to high and I am not able to afford it.  Is there a way I can take back the car and not affect my credit.  I know that I will loose any money I put down.. but I just cant afford the car now.

Answer
Sandy:Thanks for the question. But I have two things to say to you.The first is to pay a higher price because it is fleet vehicle does not sound right,it appears this Explorer was a used car than new.And why 7 miles instead actually having 700 miles. It seems that you were given wrong information from the beginning.Taking back the Explorer is not right way,if you can talk to the general manager of the dealership, and explain these two issues.Because it sounds like you were miss-represented in more ways than one.Lastly do not give up,and your credit by giving the car back to the dealer or bank. And remember when you saw the paperwork-you knew the price, and the payment.
