my daughter had 2000.00 dollars.goes to car lot,they sale her acar for 7000.00 200.00 mo.payment. she in no way can afford this. why? on welfare 520.00 amo. and no way be able to pay this. NOW... here's the other best part,160,00miles , balled tires, broken spoiler and wants to die when it's idling. 2003 Dodge Neon .One month in possition.
