As far as I know there is only one price for an actual GM purchase program but what your saying doesn't sound like the program, sounds like you built up a discount, like a credit card? I would go online and email several dealers in your area and see what the best price is before telling the you have an additional discount from GM, that should be the proof if they are being honest. Go to edmunds.com and make some inquiries, be careful about contact info other than your email address or they will hound you to death. Let me know if you need more.
