Tips on Buying Cars: A new car repainted un to my knowledge, palatine illinois, cadallic

Background: (car purchased in Palatine, Illinois)
I bought a 2009 new/used Cadallic with 9000 miles on it, sold to me as a used car.  2 months later I get a scratch on the door and take it in to be repaired.  The Auto Body then tells me that my car was originally a Mary Kay car painted pink, BUT my car is now white.  The auto body then points out how bad the paint job is and suggests I talk to the selling dealership. The auto body also tells me that matching the paint and repairing this scratch will almost be impossible because he can not determine from all the numbers and codes what color White the dealer used to paint my vehicle. The trunk code still reads Mary Kay Pink

Do I have any ground to stand on legally ?
What can I do to get a different car or my money returned?
Baiscally where do I go from here ?

I am very surprised the dealer did not disclose the car was painted, on the other hand, you did not check history or having an independent inspection done I am sure.
