We have not taking delivery of the car but the contract was signed this morning. Basically, the warranty is not what we thought it would be. We have contacted the dealer to notify that we want to cancel. Can they force us to take delivery of the car?

Thanks for your question.  You do not become the legal owner of a vehicle until you sign all of the contracts, AND take possession of the vehicle.  If you have not taken possession of the vehicle, then you are not the legal owner, and they can NOT force you to take delivery.  They can not enforce the contracts.  They may tell you they can to try to scare you, but don't believe it.
