Tips on Buying Cars: price of a 2007 mustang GT/CS convertible, Mustang, price

This car has only 15,000 km on it and is in really nice condition.  The dealer will not go under $26,000.00 and I REALLY want this car.  Is this a fair price or do you think I'm getting ripped off a bit or what?  I'm in Alberta, Canada (the $ is in canadian funds).  Hopefully you can get back to me very soon, I'm looking at purchasing this in the next couple days.  Thanks in advance for your response.  Hopefully it sounds like an ok deal to you!!!  Later................ I know the CS quite well, yes it's a fair deal providing the original registration is Canadian and not US as there would be a problem with the Mfg warranty being valid " but I assume it's a canadian history ? "

It's the right time of year to get a deal as the dealer otherwise would most likely get stuck with this type vehicle till spring.
